Rise and Shine! Oh what a beautiful morning, 27*, bright and sunny but alas, more crappy weather on the way. Oh God, please bring spring soon!!
Busy day ahead today. All the food worked out well yesterday and taking the salmon pack, edamame, apple etc with me was an excellent life saver. Can always find a salad somewhere so the salmon was a great protein source to add on. Stuck to the left overs when we got home and did not allow hubby to sway me to eat out since we had just done that this past weekend. Food all journaled for today, lunch is packed. Gotta shower and hit the road!

Amen to that about spring! I've been ready for spring since we had that warm spell here about 2-3 weeks ago, so now I'm spoiled and do frown a bit when I go outside and it's not above 0*C. But onwards with the day, at least I have a job where I'm inside, so I don't have to freeze outside all day!

It is a glorious day here (ok not terribly warm but the sun is shining!) and I'm stuck here in this office! Please God let this weather stick around for the weekend.......let it rain on Monday and Tuesday instead......

Spring- yes, I am all for that. I think you will find success with the lower calories, but look forward to hearing the results.
