Yesterday ate half wrap, butter and avo for lunch. Early supper ( alot) veg pizza toppings.Handful nuts .I suspect tooo much protein.
Weight is moving up. sadness . Today must fast till tomorrow.lets try . Then go back to OMAD
Fasted for 21 hours . Had half wrap, big salad , dhall and bhajee. Handful of nuts and 4 pieces chocolate. Going OMAD and 1/4 wrap
