After a long weekend away where I've done no IF'ing.

Of course I stayed as LC as always... few dishes I wondered about.
But overally stayed fine... but ate like king over the weekend. Seriously ate like there was no tomorrow.

So to be honest after getting on the scale and only seeing a 300 gram variance I was pretty happy - I was expecting a lot worse for sure! Woke up feeling a bit like a whale so I was pretty glad.

The rest of the week I am going to start with IF'ing again. Its just hard with the parents visiting. But now that I am back at work at least tues-fri should be pretty straight forward.

I know only only night when we are going to the worlds 2nd best restaurant I'll be breaking my normal keto lifestyle. But that doesn't worry too much.

The only thing thats a bit of a shame is that I wont' hit my goal of being 57 KG by the 13th of July. At least it seems highly unlikey :(
