I'm back from vacation and I weigh exactly the same as I did when I left which was my goal. I didn't expect to lose but did not want to gain either. I ate well but did not go overboard. I walked and swam at the beach, swam & played with grandkids a lot, kayaked one day and had a great time at S. Padre Island in Texas. We had not seen one another (except on Zoom) for 2 years so we had a lot of catching up to do. I also spent some time with my stepdaughter and we ate & drank by the water one night and their was an awesome fireworks show as well. We also saw plenty of dolphins on our boat ride one day. Dolphins are my fav!!! Glad to be back home in Cali. I will definitely NOT miss the humidity and mosquitos.
