Intermittent fasting. I fast anything between 16 and 20 hours. I workout 5-6 times a week. In the beginning it was more cardio than strength. Now it’s more resistance training. I do yoga at least once a week. Diet is mostly protein. I try keep carbs low.

In the beginning I did interval cardio on a bike three times a week and strength training twice a week. All at home. I use an app. Now I do strength training three times a week and cardio twice a week. I try to do yoga at least once a week.

Calories: on the beginning it was 1200. Now it’s 1500. With intermittent fasting you get full so quickly. I barely have cravings or feel hungry.
