With so many friends visiting, I've been very bad about tallying all my food. I have been eating out a lot, which I don't do normally, and that has significantly hindered weight loss.
I'm still amazed that I'm under 200 pounds. I thought that after this magical number was reached, I'd definitely be able to see my progress - I've lost a total of 25 pounds - but since the weight loss has been over so many months, I don't recognize it at all. Even when looking at pictures of myself, I have "good" pictures and "bad" ones, and can never be entirely sure.
