HELP!!I know the phrase "baby steps" but i am impatient and want major results...now!!I am like an addict,I am constantly thinking about food.What foods I would eat and how would they taste.(I got subway and mexican food and cookies on the brain.)Need some distractor.Some days are good,and some days aren't so good.Today is not a good day.I want to take a day off and eat like a glutton-but hten I know just like an addict-I wont just stop at one.I'll have to have more.And before I know it I'll have gained back all the the weight I've worked so hard to lose this past month and half.I need a 'firewall' plan.If anyone out there have had this prob. and have worked through it-please do share.Thanks :)
