Hello Everyone! The pain is better today, it has been healing for only 2 days, so the progress is good. I put my Chicken Picatta Recipe on my blog, it it DELICIOUS and only 201 calories for a 4 ounce serving. Pair that with Oven Roasted Asparagus- also on the site, and you have an awesome meal! My diet is simple. I eat anything I want, but I measure and weigh everything. I have never dieted with so little stress! I eat fabulous, healthy (mostly) food. I can hardly believe how much I can eat. It gives me real hope. I have crashed dieted over and over and was so very miserable. And clearly, it was not a long term cure for the problem.
