End of a 6 week vegan challenge.
over the period lost a total of 4kgs, and 10cm across hips/tummy/waist.
I thoroughly enjoyed this challenge and have decided that I am going to continue with a plant based diet indefinitely. After having plateaued for 2 months, thus was exactly what I needed to get the measurements moving in the right direction again.
Next goal is to complete an 8km run when the weather improves.
62.5 kg 지금까지 감소한: 20.5 kg.    남은양: 2.5 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

incredible well done! a vegan diet not only is good for body health but reduces signs of aging too:)
