I am sitting still at my laptop & my skin is leaking! I really can't take this heat. We are going away for a few days on Saturday and the forecast is rain, possibly torrential! Typical! No walking for me then lol
I have a pile of paperwork that is overwhelming me because my figures don't add up! I really need a break!

Seabunny-,,,your mental health is just as important, if not more so, than your physical health,,stress does terrible things to your body,,please try and take a wee half hour every day to step back, decompress, de-stress. Try the meditation app I'm always going on about,, Insight Timer (or go straight to website) free on Google Play,,,it has relaxing music, meditations, neuroscience,,something for everyone,,and hopefully the rain stays off and u enjoy ur break ❤️
