That looks amazing and good job on preparing such an amazing steak and salad combo... p.s. are you sure the calories arnt in the 800-1000 range ranch or Caesar salad dressing is very very calories dense so is a 8oz steak

Bropa has taken this wonderful close-up photo to make us all drool. But photos can deceive our eye. The steak looks like a huge slab of deliciousness to serve 6! But I am betting it is quite a small bowl of salad and really small slices of steak. It helps to put a fork (of known size) in food photos, at same distance from the camera as is the focus of the photo. For example, a fork laying right on the first & second slice of steak. Then we can get a better perspective of size.
