Since I started dieting I have not had speghetti. (Counting the carbs only as per keto was a pain.) Calories idk. Not going to add it all to the app then divide it all. take forever, but 23 carbs this plate. 100% craving sated. :)

They hearts of palm is a keto noodle replacement. pretty bland but only 5 carbs per serving. I may try pork/chicken/calamari cooked in strips with sauce down the line.
