1000 calories is very low. an adult women should be eating about 1800-2200 calories per day to maintain weight. so eating 1500 is still a clorie deficit ! xx

@dianehoneybunny, on the bottom of the app, there is reports, select that. Next to the heading reports on too of the page on the top right hand side. There is like a 🎯 sign. Select that. You can save your goals, including macros and your preferred RDI calories.

I know every person's calory target will be different, depending on muscle mass and activity levels. However, 1000kCal is extremely low.
Your body puts in various defences to maintain your weight. Some of these defence mechanisms include decreased hormone levels. The more extreme the diet is, the more extreme measures your body will take.
I do not think that 2000kCal is a healthy way to get there, especially for your long term health. I understand that it is so difficult to get things just right when everyone around you seems to know better than you and it feels like your body just does not respond like it should.
Try to get a calorie calculator oine.

I think it is too low. If you battle it is not sustainable. Anything between 1200 to 1500 would be more achievable and is still a calorific deficit. Good luck.

Hi. I am 53 years old. 1.86M tall. weighing 94kgs. I have lost 38Kgs since December but been stuck on almost the same weight for a month. I swim 50 laps a day in a 25m pool plus walk between 5 and 8kms a day and that does not include daily steps. How much calories should I consume?

Sometimes when eating snacks that can also contribute to not loosing even though it is in the calorie count also try and do more workouts ,and sleeping for 7 to 8 hour's
