birthday was celebrated last Friday and I ate whatever I wanted (a whole bag of trader joes sesame cashews, Brisket and Fried Chicken tacos from Torchy's, plus my fave: Green Chile Queso from Torchys.) It feels good to finally enter these calories into my diary and get back to logging everything! A minor setback with the few birthday meals, but I'm feeling back on track again!

Edit: ive not been eating after dinner like 6 days of the week! Can tell a difference in the mornings now, that my appetite is slowly changing. The late night eating after putting my boys to bed had gotten bad!
