how does your water fast work please? I would like to try one or two days in the week for myself

Hi Karen
Trust you doing well.
I drink one cup of black coffee with 15ml mct oil in the morning
Then I try and drink atleast one cup of water every hour. Minimum of 8 glasses of water but I only drink hot water because it's so cold :)
Day3: I Will be adding bhb salt and alkaline powder in a glass of water to assist with muscle recovery.
But try and drink 8 glasses of water daily.

Hi nmurenga, you should be proud of yourself as it's not easy...it takes alot of will power... 0Hopefully it will get easier as time goes by and you see the drop in weight.

You are definitely right , it’s not easy but it does get easier . Yesterday I weighed and saw a 3,5kg drop ! That was amazing motivation for me to keep going .

I'm very happy for you, it's a great way to detox BUT please remember with this "plan" you are losing muscle mass and water, and if you eat normally again you might pick up again, it's not very sustainable, rather do an omad fast or intermittant fast if you want don't healthy, also you are taking your bodies electrolytes out with just the water which in turn could lead to overhydration.
