I have failed.... dammit man I tried so hard but as soon as I think i have myself under control I just stumble... I really need to get myself motivated to get there where I once was its so hard and I need to help me up pick me up whatever I just need help....

Thank you very much I follow a high fat mod protien and very low carb diet. I have been updateing just diff on a weekend.

You have only failed if you throw in the towel. You are still in the game. Set small achievable goals and as you reach them you will feel your levels of motivation increasing once more, especially as the jeans get loser and people start to notice. Everybody has stumbled. Just keep on keeping on..take tiny steps if need be....
