I am keeping below 1200 calories and being active. helping hubby tiling. my carb intake is 65%. I'm scared to lower my carbs as when I don't eat bread or rice my tummy goes on strike. I made a pot of cabbage soup and have eating that. changed the recipe a bit. instead of stock I used a teaspoon of Chilli powder and garlic. guess that is lower than stock but tastes much more like the food I usually eat... spicy....
