Good morning everyone!!! Yayyyyy... the scale finally moved down again. It wasn't very much but I'll take whatever it gives me! I guess that it shows when I do what I'm suppose to (easier said than done!) It's been a good week and I am hoping that the weekend goes the same. I just have to keep being positive and sticking to my plan. I hope everyone has a great day!!! See ya tomorrow....

Congrats! Yes ANY amount the scale can go down is a positive move! I've only been on this adventure since Saturday and am looking forward to my first weeks weigh in!

Hey Leslye! I love this site. I have done so much better with my weightloss since I joined. It helps me to be able to write it down and look at it. Before I found this site I didn't realize just how much I was putting in my mouth and now that I can keep a track of it the scale is finally going down. Good luck with your adventure!!! Just be positive and it will happen!!!
