It's time. Well, it's been time for years but my motivation waxes and wanes with the moon. Fast food and sugars (easy and sweet), bored and tech addicted, I feel diabetes just waiting around the corner (already effecting four family members). Need to work out how to cook stuff I actually want to eat, and will taste good. Today is day four, so far so good. Bitchin' Sauce is my current go to for easy flavor, and a spinach, mixed berries, coconut milk, almonds butter smoothie for breakfast. I'd like to say "I just want to get healthy", but I'm starting because I'm scared. Whatever works. Thanks y'all.
