not sure why but I'm feeling really down today and just want to eat everything wrong... I feel like I'm getting no where and almost feel like it's putting me in a state of depression

I think it’s the winter blues. Get some vitamin D. Supplement or oily fish like Salmon or tuna can help you get some vitamin D, as well as mushrooms and organic eggs. If you aren’t anywhere cold. Sit in the sun for 20 mins with no suntan lotion on your skin so you can get the benefits of the sun. Hope you feel better soon. Might just be shark week approaching 🤷🏻‍♀️ be kind to yourself 💖🌸
