I turned 26 on Saturday. Saturday was def a cheat day! Haven't done too bad since then. Last night I wasn't feeling too well. Left work early cuz of a hard core migraine that didn't want to go away. I work at an inbound call center so there is florescent lights and annoying noises all around. Not the place to have a migraine... or headache for that matter! Lol. Came home and napped like a mofo. Feeling better but not 100%. Hopefully I'll be back on my A game tomorrow!
I think I need an accountability buddy. I'm not too bad with food but I'm horrible with working out! I could def do with an extra bit of motivation!
