hi all, im new to app and my goal is to loose weight. my cal for a day is 1200. please advise how much should each be in this. thanks alot for any input

Protein looks good, maybe make your fats a bit higher and carbs a bit lower. Try 150grams carbs or less. It’s all depends on the eating plan you follow. But high protein will make you feel satiated and you tend to burn more calories because protein takes more energy to digest. Research thermogenesis. Foods that increase thermogenesis naturally. To rev up your metabolism. You will not feel cold eating that way during winter.

Protein can be up to 2g per your kg, if you exercise. I would up the protein for sure

1200 calories is very little. Use the calorie calculator on google to work out how many calories you should be eating and it tells you for weight loss also
