I am begining to think my weight will never come off. Running 1.5-2.0 miles a day, and spending an hour on the weights. Still no movement on the scales. I simply can not find anymore time to get anymore exercise. I stand on my feet on all at work, and walk everywhere I go while I am there. Between the diet and exercise you would think something would give. I need to go into the doctors office and get my cholesterol checked again but there the offices are swamped with cases of swine flu and I'm afraid to go in right now.

Hang in there. Eventually something has to give. Try mixing things up, eating more, eating less, working out more, then less. Keep your body guessing and see if that helps. You're doing all the right things, it's just a matter of convincing your weight to follow...it will happen!
