yesterday I didn't eat all that much so think that's the drop.

today I had a bit more and tonight especially so might see a bit of an up tomorrow. But the good of my day was that I closed my eating window last night at 8pm and only ate at around 3, and that was a very sad salad. calorie wise was super low which wasn't great for me. Then had a quest bar at 4.

dinner was a double whooper with out the bun and ketchup. so meat and veg :-) nothing wrong there in my eyes.

snack was 5 almonds a bit of walnut and a boiled egg. closed the eating window at just after 8. not too shabby.

just was a lot of food in a short amount of time. but I've had a bit of day so comfort eating wise this was better than diving into a dish of brownies or cake. its funny when I put my "naughty" days into that kind of perspective. makes me realise just how much my eating has gotten healthier since going low carb. makes me remember that it's not just about the weight but looking at a bigger picture.
