Tomorrow will be my first big "eating" holiday since I've been dieting. Any suggestions or ideas on how to best approach the groaning buffet table tomorrow? My primary concern is that I won't limit myself to mostly healthy snacks with only a couple high calorie treats thrown in. I do recognize that one "oops" day isn't the end of the world, but I'm being so diligent and am pleased with the steady progress I'm making. Thanks for your input. Happy 4th by the way!
