This is the first time in over a year and a half I am happy to take a photo of myself and that I feel comfortable within myself. I first changed my diet to AIP in February 2014 and I dropped from 53 to 51 but all the puffiness left my body as I was no longer poisoning myself. Recently with stress my TPOs went from 63 to over a 1000. I know it’s a combination of diet and stress. I have been feeling awful. So after last weeks call from my doctor I said that’s it!!! I am not doing any cardio like I used to but diet plays a major roll. It’s been since 26 June and I was 60.5 and today saw 57.8 - I marked in at 58kgs. I feel better. My tummy is flat and I just want my hair to grow back. We have the choice. It’s just digging deep enough for what you want ❤️
