Another tiny drop today :)
I am seriously praying that this is the start of a postiive trend again.

It feels so good to be back in the smaller zone, and oddly my body feels different at the moment. Less bulky and jiggly.

For the time being I am going to keep Atkins bars off my food list, which is a shame because I just bought a TON of bars. But I can save those for a rainy day.

I have this mini goal to be the weight (or as close as..) that I was when I got married last year. Right now I'm between 2-3KG up. So with only a month to go its not likely but I'm still going to give it a shot.

There will be one dinner in July when I know I'll have to break ketosis, but not a big deal. We are having dinner in the 2nd best restaurant in the world (previously the best), so its certainly "worth" it. What I am thinking of doing is fasting for as much of the day as possible on that day and eating as 100% protein as possible to minimize the carb impact.

But that is still about a month away... lol.
