Oh man! This weekend I saw my weight go down to 349.4 & was elated to break the 350+ mark. But I also was thinking it may be me being a little dehydrated. So this morning was a more realistic weight measurement. I'm happy with it but at the same time feeling that Arrrg! moment because I want to be below that 350 mark. It's progress just the same. I believe a part of this success is that I may be getting better sleep.
My next step is to start including some type of exercise or movement. I've been watching some walking videos & this other video from YouTube by "The Fit Mother Project". Thinking about starting on July 1st. Let's see...
