I was back on track with eating yesterday. I am a little concerned that I am losing the motivation. I have yet to really be serious about the exercising part. I wish I could find a way to get into a good workout routine. I have a treadmill. I have a Wii Fit. I have a weight machine. Combining the food and exercise is really the only way that I am going to see long term results. I know I can do this. Why is it so hard? I think I am looking for some magic fairy to lift me out of my bed and help me get into a routine. Anyone have a number for a magic fairy?

Hi..I have no number for a magic fairy but you are doing so well! Just looking at your weight loss graph ..I envy your progress. Maybe set a mini goal of exercising four times a week. Switching from one exercise routine/machine to another to mix it up. We all hit these points where it seems unwinnable but it is!
