Since taking some time off this WOL Easter weekend, I have been back at it and in some ways harder than ever. Unfortunately, I seem to have hit a plateau lately and the scale won't budge. I know that I am eating well/right, but I'm just stuck. I guess it's time to put my head down, and keep on keepin' on. I am signed up to run my first 5k tomorrow, which is such an amazing feat for me, so despite a less than stellar weigh in, there are still some things to celebrate. Here's to a great holiday weekend!

You know you are doing the right things so just keep on. Have you been seeing a difference in how your clothes/ rings fit? The scale is just one part of the story.

You won't always see the scale going down, but you may be at a point where you are losing inches. Hang in there. It will move again. Hope your having a wonderful day.

Thanks for the support guys! I know you're right and there are differences in the way I feel and my clothes fit. I wish we could all get past that stupid scale and the depressing effect its numbers have on us. Next week's weigh in is a new chance to see some change, and in the meantime putting in some hard work. Have a good one!
