Not really a workout, but I love taking walks....it's good for the body and helps clear my mind.

If I'm at home near my computer, any of the T25 workouts, because they only take 25 minutes of your time, but they kick your butt. If I can't follow a video it's burpees. What about you Mgrill? Is it push-ups, because you're such a pro? :P

I've been running outside, or for a quick workout I'll do a quick workout from the Turbo Fire series (Fire 30, Tone 30, Sculpt 30, Core 20), or a Jillian Michaels DVD.

I'm trying to answer that question, Blue, hence this journal. Today, my legs are a little fatigued, and since my "go to" is usually to go for a run I'm a little lost on what I want to do today. So, I'm curious what others do. I have energy, but just don't know what I want to do with it :-) Does anybody else get this way?

Level 1 of the 30 Day Shred. I have it memorized. Level 2 isn't terrible but all the floor facing exercises in Level 3 cause me to get claustrophobic but Level 1 is awesome!

I dont like doing it a whole bunch but when I over eat during the day I will jump on the treadmill in the living room while watching tv and walk 4mph for 30 min in the evening. If I really over ate, I go longer. :)

I've had those days where what I planned for a workout just doesn't sound appealing. Usually I'll just flip through my DVD's until something sounds fun then I'll do that. Or, I just make myself do the planned workout because once I get started I know I'll finish it. The other day I didn't want to go for a run, so I reversed my running route and even though it was all the same scenery it felt like a completely different run.
