Are those flax seeds? if it is, the only way you'd benefit from eating would be grinding them in powder because of the hard shell, it cannot be absorved by our body... better for our digestion too :) is it yoghurt or porridge with banana? it looks nice and full of fiber

First thing I thought of too Tan.per! I just blitz flax in blender to break it up, never thought of taking it down to powder level. It looks a great breakfast :)

I use a coffee grinder... Blender doesn't always work if it's not powerful enough 🙂
