So yesterday i got a little off track gain about 2 lbs back, but im quite certain that that's all water weight with only a littlebit of it being fat.

First time in forever i had some soda, a jones soda at that. Its the frist time ive seen it up here so i just had to get one. But i wasnt able to finish it. finding sodas i once really really loved as a kid are just way to sugary to me. the most i can generally handle any more then a few sips of are lemon lime sodas and ginger ale. It's funny because im the only one in the house that will drink ginger ale too.

Getting back on track today trying to keep away fron the satlies and the sweet. Then tomorrow will be fun my parents and i are planning on going out to eat. i always fail hard when we do but this time i plan on being strong and staying on track.

Have a crochet project im working on to pass the time. making little baby slippers for my cousins baby should be fun and will keep my idle hands busy and from sneaking into the temptations all around the house. sometimes i make progress with my family to try to get healthy and then they gets sweets and junk food and then its back to square one. one day tho we will alll get in shape one day
