I was suspicious that my previous gain was water retention... Which makes me feel a bit better to see a quick loss. Plus I received a compliment from a lady friend that I'm looking more trim! These two things are making today a better "me" day. I'm thankful for the response from the community with tips... All are stirring in my brain for ideas on how to implement a few changes.
