So the weigh in wasn't great... 0.2 lbs down isn't a lot, but given I'm a bit sore from exercising for the last 3 days, I'm going to assume it's swelling or something. I think I'm just getting used to the exercise, and am hoping that once I get used to it, the swelling in my muscles will go down.

My DH lost 7.5 lbs this week! I hate how fast guys lose weight!

He is attributing his weight loss to drinking green tea each day... oddly enough, ignoring that he worked out for 45 minutes twice this week, plus kept his calories down! LOL

Anyways... onwards to next week's weigh in where I'll be smaller... I'm sure of it!
