Along with today's weight send me a list of all the negative thoughts you can think of that come up while you are trying to lose weight.
I'm going to buy a better scale-- the one that I have is pretty lame.
I'm a pretty positive person...so I am more likely to think doughnuts are delicious-- than I am a bad person for wanting a doughnut. My problem is more along the lines of apathy than negativity.
