This is how I "break my fast" nearly every day!
Toasted Ezekiel English Muffin and salad of fennel, onion, radicchio, mushrooms, tomatoes and avocado with two tablespoons olive oil and coconut aminos. Had some left over seaweed salad so I added that to top it off.
Great for the gut buddies and so delicious! When I'm traveling and can't have it, I'm always dissappointed.
Later I'll follow it up with some crackers and cheese, left over shrimp and lemon aioli, cold rice salad and close my window with either a pumpkin bar with cream cheese frosting, or maybe a Oui yogurt.
Somewhere in the middle I might have my "hot milkshake" of coffee frothed with double english cream and unsweetened coco powder. Not sure if I'm feeling that today.
