I expect to get a notification from the app telling me that I don't need to eat more than 500 calories for dinner (again). It was Father's Day and my hubby wanted Dairy Queen for dinner and I tried to be good but that darn small mocha MooLatte was 500 calories!!! Oh, well, I guess I will get back on track tomorrow. And I can finally get back to the gym since they no longer require masks!!!!
