I have not been doing very well due to bad tooth. I ate very soft food and gained back some of the weight. I am back this week in control. The tooth is removed and I am feeling better. I have lowered my RDI because I need to get off those 5 extra pounds that I gained. I am disappointed with myself because I worked so hard losing, and it is so easy gaining. I am going for 5 pounds this week. Keep me in prayer....Love Ya FS FAMILY

Although you don't need it, I am praying with you, and you shouldn't feel disappointed because there were things that you could not have control over (your tooth). Things will turn around very fast, no worries.
