i have started working again. it's been busy and I've had a hard time planning my meals or calory counting. the people i work have have tea at ten with cake. every day. one I'd then told me that the doctor warned her to stop eating sugar but she simply can't. today I'm taking my healthy vegan brownies. it's been good for my soul to work again. it's a lovely working environment.
