Today I make a commitment to myself!! Its time for me! wow that was hard to say. Being a mother and a wife sometimes I guess we forget about US- ourself!! Well today I make a commitment by my Birthday 8/24 I will have lost 30 lbs (if not sooner). I intend to take care of myself and give myself sometime to do me!! ME ME ME!!
