Still flat vs yesterday, which is basically a kilo up from what is my "normal" weight.

TOM and all that... so guess just need to ride this out. I don't feel quite as bloated as I did yesterday thankfully.

The only downside is that I think that chance of me reaching my goal of below 60 by June is not going to happen. Not unless there is a sudden whoosh over the next two weeks but it just does not seem realistic.
But, heres hoping!
