Am I allergic to seafood? Yes. Am I asking for trouble? No. Yesterday I discovered Gardein Fishless Fillets. :)

Good for you! I'm not allergic but I am vegetarian because I love animals. So I'm always glad to find, or hear about, some of the great options available to us now. Have a great day!

Lincoln Lady, I've never been "big" on red meat and dont eat pork at all, so shifting to more plant based hasn't been too difficult. It's so much lower in sodium and cholesterol! I'm not ready for vegan, but vegetarian is looking awfully tempting.
