😞 sigh, okay. I backslid. I know why. I still need to deal with the fact that my son is an abuser. I’m glad he is no longer actively hitting, but there are still repercussions. My granddaughter beat the sh@t out of me when I went to watch her and her little brother for a couple of weeks. 😓 it’s been a rough few months. Now I’m ready to get back on my lifestyle and get my weight back in control. I can’t eat like I have been. Yes ice cream is yummy but I can’t breathe. And breathing is necessary.
