Unfortunately, today, I woke up really thirsty and, I completely forgot to weight myself before I started to drink lol but I did measure my waist (78.9 cm)
Also, I didn't plan it, but I ended up not exercising. I kept delaying it until it was too late already for me to really feel like doing it :)so, if I needed a rest, then I did the right thing heheheh. I really like exercising early in the day, when there's still daylight. There's a positive feeling tied to that but, as it gets late, it just feels out of place. I don't know why lol.
I'm amazed at my calorie consumption so far today in the way that it seems too few calories lol. But I'm still a few hours from going to bed so :)

I find I barely have the energy later in the day. I really felt it with the ab massacre if I didn't do it first thing I struggled with it later.

lolol Skwhite! Water is the first thing I put in my stomach after waking up (2 glasses) heheheh ;) The problem is, after that, I tend to forget because that morning water routine is the only one I've established heheheh.
