Well, I have eaten quite well and not necessarily in abundance either. Im trying to eat whole foods..and mostly staying away from prepackaged food. I cant seem to win with low carb; it always ends in a binge... so Im just eating to satisfy with fruits, veges, good bread, and oatmeal w/honey. Im off of coffee and only drinking teas.
Now, I gained 10 pounds from 20-24 weeks (which is typically normal during pregnancy for me..but I brought it on by eating bags of m and ms it seems) and have tried everything in my power not to eat junk food. It isnt stopping the weight gain though.
Just two weeks ago I went from a size 10 jeans to a size 14. I havent anything larger, and 3rd trimester doesnt kick in til next week. Luckily, summer is around the corner, and I still have some summer/spring outfits I can fit into.
At 26 weeks with Matthew, I weighed the same with foot edema, and with Holly I was about 10 pounds heavier.
My only exercise is the stationary bike; this is the only way I work out without my sciatica flaring up.
So thats how Im doing. I feel good. I am more sore this pregnancy than with the others. I cannot imagine being any bigger. I forgot what that is like...
