I didnt do the cardio kickboxing but I did 20 mins on the stair stepper thingy and 15mins of abs. I also cleaned my carpet by hand from like 11am to 130pm so I was doing lots of exercise this morning. I weigh in tomorrow to see how I did this week. Hopefully I lost at least 1 lb. ha ha. Good luck ladies hope everyone does good*
