... my focus is shifting. Until fairly recently I considered my Big Goal to be weight loss. It now feels this is merely one of the basic Costs of Admission to my real tru goal.
It’s like how can I even consider stepping up to more important stuff if I’m still worrying on a level of weight loss, the reflection in the mirror, feeling hijacked by iffy moods, being critical of my achievements, and my brain is in a fog.
There’s got to be more. And I’m going after it
