I danced this morning; I danced off lack of sleep, danced the excess sugar consumption out my pores, danced away emotional pain until I was laughing, grinning, dripping sweat on the floor, feeling the love from everyone around me. The instructor, sweet wonderful funny Ronnie, danced a little dance with me in the middle of one song..in a free-style portion.
I'll carry the joy with me today, share it with my partner.
