I'm twelve days into my Phase 2 - I have only lost 8 pounds (from original weight) 10 pounds (from weight after gorge days). I feel like this is a lot less that others have lost by this point. I am getting agitated and a little discouraged. I am kinda tired of how severely this diet is, how that affects my life socially and that I am still not seeing the kind of results I would expect from such a diet.

Honestly, I am ready to quit and move on to Phase 3. Can I really do this another 12 days?? egh...

Hang in there! Try cutting the melba toast and see if that makes a difference for you. Are you drinking enough water to flood Hoover Dam?

Thanks, MK! I am doing a little better today. No movement on the scale again, but I know I do need to drink more water. Funny how that is so easy to forget!
